9500 Pro - stock cooling adequate to OC?

Flashed bios and OC fine 324/310.5 for now. However, when I was looking over the card to check the memory type I noticed to my dismay that what I thought was a huge heatsink appears to be nothing more than a big chunk of plastic with a fan sitting in the middle of it. There may be a small heatsink buried under all that plastic somewhere - not sure. I don't see how this thing can be effective at all. So my question is this: is this really adequate cooling to overclock this card?

What brand of 9500 Pro do you have? Ati/Saphire cards are all Aluminum, big with a more than decent fan for 350MHz operation.

This is an ATI card. Heatsink sure looks and feels like plastic. You certain this is aluminum? I may yank the card again and try to scratch it to see if it is metal under that black coating.

Killrose, you seem to know a lot about these ATIs. I have a question for you. When I purchased my 9500PRO, I was told it was a Sapphire. BUT, I thought Saphhires were on black pcbs. Mine's on a red pcb with an ATI label on the fan. I checked the memory and it's Infineon, if that helps.

Just curious as to what brand my card is.

EDIT: it was an OEM so that's why i don't know what brand it is. the warp bios thing worked for me.
