I used the search function but couldnt come up with anything... Is it possible to overclock this card, and if yes is it worth it? Ive had this card since this Summer.

Thanks

Use the Omega drivers Link . Use an overclocking tool, such as Radlinker or RivaTuner to OC your 9500 PRO. There is no need to flash the BIOS. I have not had any problems ocing my card. I usually do not OC for games(card is fast enough at stock speeds). Most of the time I OC is for benchmarking. I see an improvement of about 500-800 pts. with the core around 310/ memory 315. Hope this helps.

You don't really need an aftermarket VGA cooler, if you want to OC. I have had my 9500 PRO OC'ed w/o one, and it runs fine. As far as games, I mostly play BF1942 online, and there is no need to OC my card. You might want to experiment to see if there is an improvement. Just remember not to be to excessive. OC in small increments.
