9500 or Big T and A8N32

So im in the market for a good hsf. No water or any other extreme cooling. I was going to get the Zalman 9500 or the Big Typhoon. What do you think and why? Can both of these be installed with ease on this board? Right now i have an Opteron 150 @ 2.7 and on 9 hour prime95 it gets to about 46 C. I want to oc it higher if I can.

ease of installation would go to the Zalman 9500...
temp wise there is no neglegible difference.....

if you want quiet get teh Big Typhoon... but i hear the 9500 is a beast too...

Also I wanted to knwo if these can be installed easily on my mobo the A8N32

9500....can cool mosfets better and blow straight to exhaust.
