That's a review of a plain 9500. I want to know what the 9500 Pro can do. And, of course, the 9700 non-pro.

9500pro still won't approach the 9700 and 9700pro levels b/c of the extra mem controllers. 9700 OC'd should hit 9700 pro levels though as the only difference between the two will be in mhz. The 9500pro (depending on how well it OC's) will hit somewhere along the lines of the GF4 ti series (probably around 4400 to 4600 at non-OC'd levels).

heck as cpu limmited the 9700 is in most machines i doubt the 9700 will be much if any slower than a 9700pro in most situations.

The 9700 won't be any slower than the PRO edition unless the person is playing with all the eyecandy and high resolutions necessary to stress the card. Plus, the CPU bottleneck does become a problem in many machines. The 9500 only has half the memory bus and half the pixel pipelines compared to the 9700.
