Hi all.

I have an eVGA 7800GTX card in my system. It's been running without problems until I picked up Silent Hunter 4. Now I'm having issues like this. My nVidia control panel says that it's running at 83C, which seems about right. It's so hot that if I touch it, it immediately burns my finger. I know these things get hot, but is this too hot?

Edit: Ooh, I hit 95C in SH4.

It kind of freaks me out that I'm just a few polygons away from boiling water in there. :D

Edit: Thanks John, I fixed my link. It should work now.

I suppose this all means that I need to analyze the airflow in my case. I have two 80mm fans blowing out right next to the video card, but their air is significantly cooler than the air coming out of the PSU. My CPU is at 73C under load as well.

Maybe I need to move to Canada. :p
