939Dual-SATA2 - Need help with beep codes

Can not do a first time boot.

Sounds like 2 short beeps - pause - then 6 beeps

3800 X2 CPU fan does spin.

No video to enter bios on boot.

Can find any translation of beep codes on asrock website.

Any help is appreciated.

20pin and 4pin power connected
Switching power supplies doen't help, currently using OCZ520
Same codes with an AGP or PCIExpress card.
Also have tried without floppy and hard drive installed
Also have tried without video card
Not installing memory gives 3 beeps
 
I suspect the board when I get multiple error codes.
2 should be memory problem, but it sounds like you've already addressed that.
6 should be keyboard controller.
