939 mobo w/ 4x184ram slots, agp?

I originally thought about a complete upgrade to a Core duo solution, but some things don't make sense. Like paying out the behind for memory, shelling out a few hundred for a video card that isn't much better than what I have, etc. I have a 3500+ atm, and I'll probably get an X2 replacement.

But I need a replacement mobo. My A8V deluxe needs to be replaced. I just need a mobo with four 184pin ram slots to fit my 2gb of ram, and an agp slot.

Is there anything out there that's available that'll fit the bill? Thx.
 
Dude, here is a very cheap C2D solution that lets you use your old RAM and AGP videocard. link

I went with this and have upgraded my parts over the last few months... I will be moving to another motherboard that can overclock better but this board is definitely a good cheap way to get into a C2D and it's worth it. Best cheap upgrade ever. :thumbsup:

 
Thx much. I was hoping for something with four 184pin ram slots for all my memory, but I guess I can't have it all🙂
