Thinking of picking up the OEM 89W 4400+ at Newegg for ~$185. (With a cheap Arctic Freezer 64.) Anyone know what stepping these are, though? From what I can tell CCBIE ones overclock well and CCBWE poorly.

(My motherboard is FSB-limited, so please no Opty 165 suggestions.)
