What is the speed difference between an ATI 9250 vs 9600SE please?

I should also add that this is for a 1.2 GHz PC, i.e no good having a fast GPU if the CPU can't keep up.

I would get the 9600 since it has full DirectX 9 support. If it is 128Bit memory interface than definitely get it over the 9250 card.
