920c printer problem

:|I have a hpdeskjet 920. Replaced color cartridge with hp brand. The light blinks and intially said needs alighnment. Went to the toolbox to align cartridges, however, it won't even print a page to test it out and still blinks. I have tried unplugging the printer, turning it off/on , rebooting and various other things. Can someone provide some insight as to what it could be .
