I have a couple of basic questions. First I want to know if there is a difference in the ATA 100 and ATA133. I mean if you were into Multimedia/Video Editing will it show a difference? Second, I read a Review:

"Just received a Intel195 chipset motherboard which is ATX and a new ATX powersupply. However, it went un-noted that all i915 chipset MB's require a 24 pin ATX power cord, while most other chipsets require a standard 20 pin ATX power cord. Therefore I have order a power wire adapter and wait longer to get my new computer finished. This is just a pre-cautionary note for those who will also run into this problem. Adapter costs $xxxx dollars, so pretty cheap. "

Does anybody have these 915 MOBOs is it true that you have to buy an adaptor?

ATA133 shows no benefit over ATA100, just marketing.
Second, AFAIK, the boards should run fine with a 20 pin connector. Someone back me up on this. However, if you're ordering a new PC I would go ahead and pick up a 24 pin ATX PSU. I do know those will power a 20 pin board, but the other way?

There was something about this on HardOCP. They had some issues with using a 20 pin + adapter IIRC. They may have had problems because of a power hungry PCI-e video card, I just don't recall.
