90nm (Winchester) support

Will all 939 boards support the 90nm (Winchester) processors? I am looking at the GA-K8NS from newegg and need to be sure it isn't limited to 130nm.
 
You just need to make sure the board is pre-flashed with a BIOS to support the 90nm processors. If not, you won't be able to POST.
