I would avoid anything that says Thermaltake unless you like LOUD.
My son has a Thermaltake case w/2 120mm fans and they are as loud as hell! (even undervolted)
While I have only purchased 1 92mm led fan, I have used a few 80mm ones.
I have
this generic LED fan installed in my TP430 power supply and it seems very quiet. Although it is voltage regulated never getting more than about 5v.
I bought some of
these UV LED fans and they are just OK. After a couple of months they started making a distinct ticking sound.
The quietest 80mm LED's I have purchased are the
Cooler Master LED fans. They are definately quieter than the generic fans I have.
Vantec Spectrum These are OK. distinct motor humm @ 12v.
I have heard, also that the Antec's aren't bad (haven't used em though.)
Evercool makes an aluminum LED fan that might be worth checking into also.
Really if you are looking to get Panaflo or Nexus quality it's not gonna happen.
