900ift that flickers in top left hand corner

I am running this monitor on a Geforce MX and I was wondering if anyone knew or have heard of this problem before. I am really aggrevated at it and I need you guys help. I am using win98 se and i have tried different video drivers and different versions of directx and this didnt solve the problem. When it flickers it is in one spot and it is random. It will clear up on ocassion and then start again. Thanks for your help.

Get the latest inf files for Your monitor, had similar problem at work, solved with new inf files.
Have You degaussed the monitor recently?
