9000 pro, can it do 1600x1200 in dual @ 85hz ???

Reason i ask is cause my old man has a 7500 AGP and when in dual monitor (on two 19" P990's) it won't do 1600x1200 dual (so 3200x1200 or whatever) at 85hz .. can the 9000 pro do this? (64meg)

Or, what is the best dual monitor solution in that price range right now?

Hmmm ... while 7500 is limited to 230 MHz pixel clock on the 2nd head, this in fact should exactly do for 1600x1200 at 85 Hz. I do have the card, but I do not have a good enough 2nd monitor to try it out - so you should maybe try asking ATi what keeps yours from actually doing it. (The monitors are both capable, aren't they?)

Yup, two 19" dell sony trini's 🙂
Oh well, that 7500 is only pumping one monitor now, I need a card for my own rig.
