4th gen accords had it as an option but i don't know if that was for all model years. my 91 does not have them.

nope....I have an LX and no go..Disc all the way....

Check in the dash. The ABS warning light should go on when you start the car. Either that or look under the hood by the fuse box for a thing with lots of brake lines going into it.
