So we ended up at this strip club last saturday night after we hit the bars and such. Free admission but $9 drinks.

That's insane. I was just remembering that and was wondering if anyone has had a more expensive beer than that?
 
2 jack and cokes set us back $30 at the Cheeta in ATL.

I also paid $11 for a 32oz Bass at a bar in Minneapolis. UHG!
 
Hmm, I've had a $12 drink but it was in a rather imposing vat-like glass at a tiki bar and had about 8 shots of alcohol in it.

The only >$9 beer I've seen was at Father's Office in Santa Monica, and it's a 350mL bottle of 15% beer that they give you.

that i can understand. Mine was a freakin 12 ounce Miller Lite
 
On a friend's birthday, we bought him a $21 drink, a triple "Prairie Mountain Bear Fvcker." The attempt was made to make him sick, but he drank it with gusto and no problem.
 
That's the great thing about juice bar boobie clubs. Buy a 30 pack for $13. Throw it in a cooler and drink away.

crappy thing about that is they're 3 for 1 outside the strip joints. Coolest thing.... EVER!

3 for 1 drinks on bourbon street are a ripoff becuase the "drink" costs 3x what it normally would and is 1/2 the size. except bottled beer.
 
lots of belgian beers are pretty expensive, too... last weekend the gf got a $14.95 beer, and there are ones plenty more expensive than that :-/

Last we went we got 3 12oz. bottles of Corona for ~$7

Doesnt' seem like a ripoff to me. Bartenders were hot and got great tips from us 😀

For all you NCers, especially in RTP. The club in Durham, Diamond Girls, have yet to learn how to water down the drinks!
