This is absurd. they handcuff KIDS for drawing stickfigures of a stabbing and they go to jail. this is the new low of our US justice system.
The 9- and 10-year-old boys were arrested Monday and charged with making a written threat to kill or harm another person. They were also suspended from school.

Most of us wanted(in our mindz) to kill or hated someone but we still didn't kill them. This is shocking.:shocked:

no shít, first of all its the parents job, if they fail then sadly it goes to the school, and as the parents being the legal guardians then they hold the legal responsib.. baahhh... its just stupid

I thought I'd seen and read and heard it all, now this. Who exactly are these morons that turn these kids in and who are the cops that actually arrest them? I can tell you this, if I were ever asked to go pick up some kids like this and take them to the police station, there'd be hell to pay. I'd refuse flat out to do it. Then I'd get the school principal off to the side and try to reason out this issue without involving the legal system. If he refused, I'd tell him to "Go fvck himself" and wait for the fallout. This is absurd.

Geesh, maybe make a comment to the parents that their kids are drawing inappropriate stuff, but arresting them? That is absolutely absurd, It'd be different if this was a 16 year old that put a hit-list up on the internet.

This is REALLY sad.

But it's been the knee-jerk reaction ever since that spate of school shooting that ended with Columbine.

It's the same knee-kerk reactionism from the same type of people who seek to ban or limit guns every time something happens.
