Eh, it wasn't really a settlement. It was the money she'd have got if she finished the show. I think they took the 'careful' way out. At least his other costars (females included) are standing up for him. Whats worse is he actually apologized immediately on the spot when he realized he'd upset her. Supposedly this woman is known to cause issues on set.
