Aren't the 9.3 Ati drivers due out today? I also heard they are releasing a new 9.3 driver for windows 7 I hope that also is true...
 
Nice article. It pretty much says that in its current state with the new ATI 7 drivers that windows 7 is faster in games than vista. I wish they would have included XP in the test though.
