Just an update, I emailed Quantum 3D about this thing, this is the response I got:

"Don't do it Keith...there are more to graphics then just the board. Mercury takes up 4 PCI slots...and lots of electrical power...more than your PC could do. Plus there are no new drivers, no D3D support. You'd be wasting your money in my opinion.

Get a GeForce3."

at least $600 to buy it (notice the reserve price...) = not worth the deal. Too much hassle for a board with almost no support, but some benches on the thing might be nice to see...

I was thinking the same thing. With my old Diamond Monster 2 SLI setup i was easy, but i can't make head or tail of this..
