I recently tried putting my FSB up to 200Mhz, to give me 400Mhz speed, but when I tried booting it hwas having an extremely hard time and took me several attempts to even get into the BIOS. I have a 2400+ XP and 1 stick of Crucial PC3200 ram. Should it be doing this? Or can te aod jsut not take an FSB higher than 166, I also dropped my CPU multiplyer so the CPU was not too much.

Hmmmm....you should have no problems reaching 200. Couple of things to check.
1. Your voltage going to the CPU and the ram may need to be boosted.
2. Make sure your ram is set to 100%
3. Use AIDA32 or some other program to check your 5v rail.
4. Make sure you are using default ram timings at first and then tighten them up.

So you have a friend that is running 200? If so take your ram to his computer and try it. You may have a bum strick.
