8RDA+ That Officially Supports 200MHz FSB ?

I have an Epox 8RDA+ Revision 1.1 board. The Northbridge is marked "A3". The board was bought about 3 months ago.

In the BIOS it shows, in optimal mode, if I recall correctly, that the supported FSB speeds are either: 100, 133, 166 or 200.

I would have thought it would have only supported the speeds: 100, 133, or 166 as the Epox site shows these boards do not officially support 200 MHz FSB.

Can anyone clarify this for me?

I would love to drop a 200MHz FSB CPU into this board but do not want to find out that once I've bought a 200MHz FSB CPU for it. It does not work, is not supported or not recognised by the BIOS.

Perhaps someone here has the same board revision and has tried a XP3200+ ?

I naturally want to get as much out of the board as I can.

cheers

Well, a 400Mhz fsb chips should work fine. But I'll buy your old chip cheap when you do upgrade....
