8rda+ safe temperature readings?

I know that the 8rda+ temp sensors report temperatures that are lower than they actually are. My question is: how do I tell the real temperature? My system is reporting a CPU temperature of 30-38 Celcius (aircooled, no overclocking). How does this translate? Should I be worried?
