8rda+/GF4 Ti 4200 not compatible?

I finally figured out why my 8rda+ was throwing "1d" error codes at me and why I never got a video signal... At first I thought maybe it was the ram but after playing around with 3 sticks of ram and several different configurations I determined that wasn't the issue. Then I began to think maybe it was the cpu but I'm using the cpu in my current mobo just fine... Then I thought maybe since I was using the wrong i/o panel when I tried to use the 8rda+ that some of the metal fingers were sticking into some of the onboard i/o ports but, after installing the correct i/o panel and even going so far as to remove my psu from the case and test just the 8rda+, CPU, RAM, and video card, found the case not to be the issue. Finally, I took out the video card and whaddya know! No more 1d error, no more endless beeping, the mobo runs through all the startup codes without a hitch. Of course, I don't have any video display since my video card isn't in the AGP slot so this mobo is essentially useless.
Does anyone know if the 8rda+ has any issues with any particular AGP cards? I am using a Chaintech Geforce4 Ti 4200 128MB 8x card and, once again, have zero video issues with my MSI KT3 Ultra 2 board which doesn't even support AGP 8x. I don't have a second video card that I can try in the mobo, nor do any of my friends have a pc (I'm the only geek among us) so I wouldn't be able to try out another video card without purchasing one, and I don't exactly have the money to do that right now (car's in the shop, big bill to pay). If anyone has any ideas here please let me know, I'd really hate for this board to go to waste... I bought the thing almost two months ago and was only recently even attempted to install it in my system, and after a few weeks of fighting with it, only now have I found the culprit that was giving me error messages.

Dunno about Chaintech, but I have a Gainward Ti4200 running smoothly on my 8RDA+. Make sure it's seated well and there is not dust or anything in the AGP slot.

Thanks for the advice but I reseated the card *multiple* times, as well as cleaned the contacts on the card and blew out the dust in the AGP slot. Any other ideas?
