8RDA+ BIOS settings thread

OK I'm seeing a bunch of posts here on setting up your BIOS for best performance, questions on settings, etc so I figured why not just make one thread for that. Here's what I have found are the best settings for the 8RDA+ - if there's something wrong with anything please let me know, and also put anything you've found to work well. Also, many of these settings work on many different motherboards, provided they allow for altering such settings.

Here's what you need for optimal performance and stability (correct me if I'm wrong somewhere):

System Performance: Expert (doesnt matter but this gives you full control).
CPU clock ratio: whatever floats your boat. Typically lowering the multiplier to get a high FSB works best (best performance). If your chip is locked then this won't make any difference, but most of us are running unlocked Tbred B's anyways 😉.
FSB Frequency: generally, as high as you can go synchronously with memory, however this board maxes out often ~ 200 FSB without a Vdd mod.
Memory Frequency: 100% (synch).
T (RAS): 5 , however lower quality RAM will often need to run at 6 or 7
T(RCD): 2, or 3 for lower quality RAM.
T (RP): 2, or 3 for lower quality RAM.
Cas Latency: 2, or 2.5 for lower quality RAM.
FSB Spread Spectrum / AGP spread Spectrum: no idea. It reduces EMI, but how significant is this?
Frame Buffer Size: no idea. Be safe, stick with the default.
AGP Aperture size: 128-256MB.
AGP Frequency: 66 MHz . This will give you the 33 MHz PCI / 66 MHz AGP lock when you up the FSB speed.
AGP 8X support: Enabled if you have an AGP 8X card.
CPU Thermal-Throttling: anything... I don't plan for my CPU to get so hot it throttles down. Do you?

Also, it's preferable to run two DIMMS in slots 1 and 3 for best performance, or just 1 DIMM wherever (slot 1 is fine).
