8RDA+ $64 question: will it take full advantage of Barton 400MHz FSB

apparently Ed was advised by the EPox tech staff that the board only has a 1/5 PCI divider and NO 1/6 divider which would be vital for everything to run in spec at 200Mhz FSB. it might be fixed via bios update though.

this may sound dumb but would someone please explain to me what the 1/5 and/or 1/6 divider does and what the diffeence is.
