8kha+ was working, now won't boot

i was messing in the bios with my new system,8kha+,everything had been perfect for a week next thing when i rebooted it goes to
c5 on the mboard display and stops,i took out the battery and powercord and reset the
cmos but no difference, any ideas what the problem might be,tech suport said to take the board out of the case i might try that
