Read the subject....I did the KT266A tweak and my cpu temp idles lower than my mainboard! i have a cpu temp of 25C and a mobo temp of 27C. Im guessing my cpu temp sensor is just being innacurate. Im using a millenium glaciator with an epox 8KHA+ and ASII.

Where are you reading those temps from? Motherboard Monitor 5? If you are reading them from the BIOS then I would say your CPU temp sensor is bad. If you are getting them from MBM5 then I would say it is not configured correctly.

well, it is the socket-thermistor.... under normal "load" conditions, what is the difference between MB and socket-thermistor/CPU reading?

Trust me i read them right. My cpu temp was like 34 until i did the KT266A tweak then it dropped down below the mainboard reading.

well, okay, since you applied the idle tweak, and if your chip is really "idle", then the "cpu" measurement is an idle socket-thermsitor cavity measurement.... which means it could well be under the motherboard temp....
