Want to squeeze what i can with this system:

win 98se
8kha+
1.4 athlon
turtle beach sound card
512 crucial ddr

Don't want to go crazy oc'ing as I'm new to this....stability is crucial...
also, i read on some forum few days back that the jumper settings in the motherboard documentation incorrectly state 100 vs 133 settings. Can anyone straighten me on this? Thanks in advance.
