Nevermind!

8khi2304.exe 3/04/2002

Turn off Keyboard LED after ACPI S3/S4/S5 modes.
Fixed ability to modify DRAM Bank when overclocked.
Added support for hard drives up to 137GB.
Added CPU support for forthcoming AMD processors.
Added support for ATA-133 hard drives. *

* - ATA-133 clarification: This does not add ability to use ATA-133 modes for hard drives. It allows the BIOS identify ATA-133 drives as being attached. Actual drive transfer modes limited by IDE controller (max ATA-100).

NEVERMIND... AGAIN!

i sent an email yesterday and got this reply from EpOX

Dear user,
Currently, we have no info on BIOS updates or possible future
processor support for the Thoroughbred with the 8KHA+. Suggest check
back with our website periodically and refer to the main us page, BIOS
page, and the CPU support list.

one question, WHY would you buy a board hoping for proc support on procs that have not even hit the market? don't you know anything about how technology prices usually drop the longer a product is on the market (i.e. mobos?). you should have waited.

that being said, Epox is a solid company and the 8KHA+ is a solid board. i wouldn't rule out the possibility of a BIOS update yet.

edit: also try not to post in multiple boards. wait to see if it gets ignored before going to the other boards.
