8KHA+ and DYNATRON HSF??

I have 2 8KHA+ motherboards on there way from new egg and i have 2 DYNATRON DC1206BH-638 heatsinks that i bought from Plycon.com. they have 7000RPM fans on them and i am just wondering if the 8KHA+ motherboard is enough the 2 suckers or could there be a problem?
