8KHA+ AND 2100XP

I've got an Epox 8KHA+/AMD XP1600+/512MB PC2100. System is running fine, but I've got the urge to upgrade.

I'm considering an Epox 8RDA+/XP 2100+/512MB PC 2700/3000, and hoping to OC the XP 2100 to about 2+Mhz.

Question: If I kept my original mobo/ram, could I overclock the XP 2100+ in my 8KHA+?
