8k7a northbridge fan gone bad and am looking for a recomendation for a replacement

my northbridge fan is making noise and im guessing the bearings are on there last legs and need any advice on a replacement
 
I e-mailed epox to ask what the rating for their fan are because mine was going out and wanted a replacement. They sent me a new fan, just like that! It was a coolermaster also so was a little queiter than the stock one.
