pretty much as the title says. which drivers should i install, and which ones should i avoid? thanks.

Hi Tuffguy,

I finally have mine running smoothly. If you have a freshly formated harddrive, load win, load the amd miniport driver, then the Via 4n1s without the via agp driver. Thats it.

If this is a hard drive that has been on a 133a motherboard, be sure to uninstall the 4n1s to get rid of the via AGP driver before doing anything. I tried this route, and neglected to do this. Had all kinds of weird things happen.

FYI, I also found that my Crucial ECC memory only likes to be run at 2.5 cas when uping the FSB. But most people are using normal crucial mem and don't have that issue.

thanks. :D i learned my lesson a while ago about installing the agp driver. and yes, i will be using crucial memory ($47 for 256mb :D) but the regular kind.

if you install any driver make sure its the 760 agp, and the via 4 in 1's just dont install the via AGP driver
