8k7a device manager problems

I have a ? mark in my device manager under PCI system management bus. What's this from and how do I fix it? Also, in my device manager there is no option to enable ultra DMA for my hard drive (IBM 60GXP) Instead there is only sync data transfer box. Is this correct? It is the same for my Lite-On 12x CDRW, and my Pioneer 106S dvd drive. I installed the correct drivers (I think) from the disk included with the mobo. (Epox 8k7a,win98 w/service pack, AMD 1 gig 266 mhz, MSI geforce2 pro 64mb, IBM 40 gig 60gxp.)

did you install your motherboard drivers? amd agp miniport driver, and the via 4in1 drivers (except dont use the via agp miniport driver)
