8k3a+ and Vdimm problem?

It seems that my 8k3a+ is not providing enough voltage to dimm slots. A 512mb stick of Mushkin PC3000(183mhz) can't run stable at default Vdimm even though it's only running at 167mhz.
At 2-2-6-2-T1, it needs minimum 3.0V to run stable 167mhz. I've also tried an original samsung stick, and it needs 2.9V to run stable at the same timing.
Any thoughts on this problem?🙁
