8INXP and 9500 problem?

I have had a hell of a time trying to install this 9500pro i bought at bestbuy. Either the DVI doesnt want to work with my LCD, or when i put it on CRTAnalog, my motherboard takes like 2 minutes to boot, wtf?



I know of some 9700 - 8INXP issues, but i dont think these are the same.
