8GB Sticks

I have been following 8GB sticks for a while, and I am still not happy with the selection (the price premium does not bother me too much).

I consider these to be mainstream dimms:

I am just wondering when 32GB kits like that will be released. Have there been any details on when 8GB sticks will be mainstream?

no idea, but then kits in most situations are not worth extra for.

on the second, I would guess when 16GB sticks start to drop in price / become readly available.
