So I have 2 G.Skill 4GB sticks of RAM but my computer is only reading 1 of them. I have them both placed in the yellow slots (http://www.gigabyte.com/fileupload/product/2/2778/906.jpg) on my MB (I switched them around in both slots also). I don't seen an option in BIOS that has 1 of the slots disabled so that can't be it. Am I missing something in terms of getting the 2nd one to show up?

If I look at the Qualified Vendor List it doesn't list G.Skill at all (http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Memory/motherboard_memory_ga-ep35-ds3l.pdf) so I don't know if that is causing a problem? But then why would 1 of them work...

I have yet to only use 1 and see if 1 might not be working but I wanted to see if I was missing a step before doing that.

Thanks a lot!

So I ran a diagnostic on Crucial.com to see what was going on with my RAM and it says that 2 of my 4 slots have RAM but each are only showing 2GBs of RAM instead of 4GBs.

This is what it says on each RAM and I know I bought 2 4GBs of RAM "F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ...DDR2-800 2GBx2 (both actually are a little different but the information is mostly the game)"

I thought it wasn't reading it correctly and now its saying each is only 2GBs?

That's a 4GB kit. 2x2GB means 2 sticks with 2GB on each one. Sounds like you chose the wrong memory.
