so i have 2 8gb ram of kingston total 16 gb i want to rma but dont have receipt of the same can i get rma? single ram is working fine in the pc but if i install faulty one it doesnt boot up

You will have to contact your source or Kingston. Nobody here works for Kingston, or handles their RMA department or their policies.
