8800GTX OC stuck?

Are the EVGA 8800gtx's unable to reach higher then 621mhz? My Ntune only shows 621, yet I increased it to 630 via rivatuner.

There's always been "buckets" with OC increments on the G80 so you'd need to hit the next bucket in order to go higher than 621MHz. I think the next bucket is 634MHz, so you can try that.

This is what the scaling chart looked like before the new Forceware & then Rivatuners came out that can control shader speeds independently.

shader clock scales with the gpu clock.

Following is a chart which shows the "set" speed and the actual speed:
(Not sure if this is totally accurate, but it's close.)

Hmmm, If I go to the next bucket my screen locks up 5 seconds into 3dmarks. Any suggestions? Currently I can go to 629, yet, Its still very cool, somewhere around 68C. When i go to 634 it shuts down in 3dmarks after 5 seconds. What am i missing?
