8800GTS, worth $100 more than X1950XT?

I was gonna settle for $200 Sapphire X1950 XT, but noticed a lot of people here got 8800GTS.

About $100 more, I can get eVGA 320mb 8800GTS.

Is it worth the money? I guess 3dmark score will be higher, but would I notice it playing games or using other programs?

Actually, it'd only be about $260 AR.

the main difference is one is dx10 capable and the 1950xt isnt. That said, the 8800GTS wont run DX10 on max settings, but its there i guess

where is it 260 AR? Isnt newegg the cheapest with 270 AR?

I live in Canada. $317 + 14% tax is best price I found.
