8800GTS idle and gaming temps (normal?)

I have an none OC'd 8800 GTS that idles at 66c and when gaming temps rise to 70-mid 70's I dont think it is getting bottlenecked by any of my other components and im not sure if these temps are normal. I have no other way of cooling by air and water cooling costs are just to much. someone please give me some info

If you look up the reviews of the 8800 series you'll find plenty of temps.
