8800GTS heat output?

Does anyone know if there's some way to reduce the heat output of my 8800GTS when not playing games? My old 8800 seems to have cooked itself, and the new one runs quite toasty even when just viewing YouTube videos. I haven't really got air conditioning, and I'm going to cook myself at this rate.

Download the latest version of Rivatuner, and you can control the fan speed. I set mine @ 50%, which seems to do a decent job w/o too much noise.
