which version are you using?
I have 97.92 and i can't seem to use higher settings on my games without causing performance problems (low fps).

You're being way too vague for anybody to help, more info needed.

I have found the 97.95's to be most stable. With 97.92's, 100.87 and 100.95 had many many BSOD's, sometimes just in the menu screen for some games such as f.e.a.r, ghost recon, nfs most wanted...

Since installing the 97.95s a few days back I have had no BSOd's at all. Which made me very happy as I was beginning to think it might be hardware failure.

97 series seem to be the most stable for most people, but from the games I've run the 100 series are better performers with improved IQ and fix a lot of older bugs. They also fix 1:1 flat panel scaling which is a nice bonus. Haven't had any major problems with the 100.87s except for a Titans Quest: IT problem that popped up yesterday. I think I got it fixed but haven't had a chance to test rigorously.

In terms of stability, I played entirely through normal difficulty in Titans Quest and Immortal Throne using the 100.87s without a single BSOD, or exiting the game for that matter. I just minimized it when I wasn't playing and picked it up later.
