8800GTS driver issues

I have an eVGA 640MB 8800GTS and I'm wondering what's the best driver to use for it. I haven't owned an NV card for a while so I'm a little out of the loop. I'm currently using Forceware 97.94 (latest public release) and it's been working all right but there have been some issues with games crashing as well as the occasional BSOD. It happens randomly and rarely after hours of gaming (often happens during startup into 3D mode) so I'm thinking it most likely a driver issue. What's the most stable/reliable driver for the 8800 series (and which ones support ntune)? Much appreciate the help guys. 🙂
 
100.02 is the best unless you want to run Stalker, in which case you'll need to run the monstrosity that is 97.94.
