8800gt512, Asus,Leadtek or Gigabyte

I'm about to buy a 8800gt soon, I live in Europe, and I have the following options:

Asus leadtek and gigabyte

all run at stock speed

so , what do you recomened ?

Doesn't the gigabyte model come with a VF700?

well, the hp model comes with the vf700, but here they only sell the hb model, which I couldnt find any info about.

also I read a review about the asus one saying it's good overall except the heatsink/fan...

how much does each one cost? what kind of warranty does each offer? what kind of bundle does each come with (games and the like)? And what is the cooler used for each one?
