8800gt

I am going to buy a 8800GT card, they are said to be better than the 8800GTS and have better price. Right now I am looking at the MSI GeForce 8800GT 512MB, I found the price is nice but I am wondering are there many differences between the brands. I noticed that the lowest price for the XFX GeForce 8800GT is $240, and the lowest price for the EVGA 8800GT is $240 also. What's your opinions please?

i got an EVGA 8800GT, and working beautifully so far. (knock on wood).
It does run a bit hot on stock fan speeds, so I just increase the fan speed to 100% and I am all set. Can't say that the other are not going to run hot or not, but realistically, its a one slot card, so all of them are going to run hot.
Otherwise, the performance is great.

How can you handle the noise on the fan at 100%?!

when I get gaming, I don't even notice the noise. I just get in the game and forget everything else.
I am actually about to setup rivatuner to handle the fan at idle to be around 50%(which is pretty quiet) and then set the fan speed to 100% when i start a game.
Lets see if it works.
