8800gt vs. HD3850

I've seen 3850 in the $65 range and 8800gt in the $100 range. 8800gt is ~ 30% faster, so the extra price isn't unresonable.
 
It's going to be in a lower end AMD system - X2 5200, 2GB RAM, nothing too fancy. There's a PNY 8800 on Newegg at the moment for 119 with free shipping and there's a Sapphire 3850 for 94.99 with a $15 rebate.
